Since 1998 we have been making wine all over Spain, driven by our curiosity & travel spirit to uncover the autochthonous varieties of Spain, most of them still unkown to the great public. While staying wild & free, our dream was to have a home where we could vinify, age & store all our treasures. So we bought a former cooperative in the town of Maluenda in the heart of the province of Aragón, and are renovating it to bring it up to modern production standards. This means we now have our own kitchen to experiment and prepare our wines: individual parcel vinification, small concrete or stainless steel tanks, oak barrels,… while at the same time keep travelling and exploring to uncover more of the hidden value of Spanish Wines.
