The worthy successor to Christoph Keller's legendary distillery Stählemühle comes from Bad Malente and is named Matthias Sievert. He is a true alchemist who extracts nature's perfume from every fruit. As Vincent van Gogh said, "Only those who love nature can truly understand art." We can be truly happy that this art of distilling and selecting the fruits and herbs we found at Stählemühle now lives on in Malente.
