VIII. Data breach
 
In the event of a data breach, this shall be reported to the privacy committee within 24 hours and you will be asked to change passwords and login details, for example. 
The data controller will report the data breach to the persons concerned through means of communication that guarantee that the information is received quickly. If it is impossible to identify the injured persons, the controller may inform those persons through media, although (s)he will continue to try and identify those persons so that they can also be notified in person.
